1. Q: Can you provide samples ? Are the samples free ?
A: Yes , we provide 1-5pcs free samples for test. But you have to pay for the shipping cost.
 
2. Q : What about your delivery time?
A: The stock goods deliver within 1 day, customized goods deliver within 15-27days.
 
3. Q : How to ship my order ?
A: For small package, send it by Express, such as DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS. That's a Door to Door service .
For big packages, can send them by Air or By sea. We use standard export carton or wooden cases. We will be responsible to any product damage caused on delivery.
 
4. Q: What kind of payment do you accept ?
A: We accept T/T(Wire transfer) and Paypal.
 
5.Q : Can you make customized products and customized packing?
A: Yes. We made a lot of customized products for our customer before. About customized packing, There is no problem for us to put your Logo or other info on the packing. Just have to point out that,it will cause some additional cost.
