1. How can I get quote?
You will have prompt quote after we receiving your drawing in PDF/JPG or other 2D/3D files.

2. What is the production cycle?
It varies a lot depending on product dimension,technical requirements and quantity. We always try to meet customers' requirement by adjusting our workshop schedule. Usually our normal lead time is 25-60 days.

3. What trade term will you use to quote?
Mostly FOB, EXW and CIF are also available.

4. What's your MOQ ?
It depends on standard or customized fastener.
As usually, small quantity order is acceptable.

5. What's your payment term?
We accept Western Union or Paypal for small account;
For big amount, T/T is preferred.

6. How can I feel safe to do business with your company?
Your drawings will be kept strictly confidential and we will not disclose them to anyone without your permission.

7. How many times should I pay for the mold for mass production?
Only for once for a new item.

8. Who owns the mold after I pay the tooling cost?
You are the owner of the mold, and you can take it back if you want.
